About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Ignivox Hub website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its security, availability or operation.

We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate, but product descriptions, availability and examples may change. Illustrative screens and sample data are demonstrations and are not customer records.

Product access

Access to an Ignivox product is governed by the agreement made with the customer for that product. These website terms do not replace a subscription, trial, order form, statement of work, data processing agreement or support agreement.

Intellectual property

The website, Ignivox branding, product names, copy and original visual material belong to Ignivox or its licensors. You may view the site for your own business evaluation but must not copy, republish or misuse it without permission.

Links and availability

The site links to separate product applications and may link to third party services. We aim to keep the site available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for third party websites outside our control.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by relying on website content rather than an agreed product or services contract.
