Tangerine terms and commercial information

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Supplier

Tangerine is supplied by Ignivox Solutions Limited, trading as Ignivox Hub. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17465097. Registered office: 4 Paradise Street, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England, S1 2DF.

Customer agreements

Tangerine is supplied to business customers under a written agreement. That agreement identifies the licensed service, authorised users, functionality, charges, contract period, support and data processing arrangements. This page explains the purchasing process; it does not replace or amend your organisation’s agreed contract.

Pricing and payment

Contact us for a quotation. Fees, applicable taxes, billing frequency, payment terms and any usage limits are confirmed in writing before an order is agreed. Payment is by invoice on the terms agreed with your organisation. This website does not take card payments or create a paid subscription.

Starting and ending a subscription

The customer agreement sets the commencement date, duration, renewal arrangements and cancellation process. An enquiry or demonstration does not automatically start a subscription. Data export, return and deletion arrangements are addressed in the agreement and relevant processing schedule.

Users and responsible use

Access is for users authorised by the customer within the agreed licence. Keep credentials confidential, use the organisation’s approved sign-in route and promptly report access concerns. Do not attempt to access another organisation’s information or upload material you are not entitled to use.

Ownership and confidentiality

Ignivox Solutions Limited owns the software and its original materials, subject to third-party rights. Customers retain their rights in the data and materials they provide. Licence permissions and confidentiality obligations are recorded in the customer agreement.

Survey outputs

The customer is responsible for the information entered and for competent review of survey outputs before issue or use. The software does not itself verify site conditions, approve designs or grant permission to carry out works. The supplier’s agreed software obligations remain those in the customer agreement.

Support and responsibility

Support, service levels, liability and any remedies are as expressly agreed in the customer contract. No uptime, recovery or response guarantee is created by this marketing page. Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Data protection

Read the Tangerine privacy notice. Where Ignivox processes personal data on a customer’s behalf, the relevant data processing terms must be agreed with that customer. The privacy notice is not a substitute for those terms.
